This one, spotted on Irving Street yesterday, may be the champion. Possibly in the “Shut Up” category as well. The text on the square at the top reads, “Welcome! Please talk quietly. Neighbors hear almost everything. No Smoking. Much appreciated, Your Neighbors.”
